FULL INTERIOR DESIGN
A complete design service for one room or your whole home, concept through to completion, with every detail considered. I lead the process entirely: concept development, material and finish selection, space planning, trade coordination, procurement, and on-site management.

DESIGN CONSULTATION
A focused session with a clear outcome. For clients who want expert eyes on their space before committing to a full project.
VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
90 minutes on Zoom. Ideal for early-stage planning, a second opinion, or clients outside Surrey. You leave with clear direction, honest priorities, and practical next steps.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION
90 minutes at your property. I'll walk the space with you, ask the right questions, and give you a considered view of what it could be.
THE STUDIO SANTOS PROCESS
Every full design project follows the same six-phase framework, aligned with the RIBA process of work and tailored to the Studio Santos way of working. You will always know exactly where you are, what comes next, and what you are paying for.

Phase 1 - ONBOARDING
Contract signed, deposit received, site visit conducted, questionnaire completed, timeline and budget agreed.

Phase 2 - Concept Design
Mood boards developed, palette and materials defined, space planning tested, samples presented. Concept signed off before development begins.

Phase 3 - Design Development
Layouts finalised, full specifications confirmed including electrical, lighting and joinery plans, detailed cost estimate agreed, trades booked. Full design pack signed off before any orders are placed.
